TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
- I have the right to reject orders at my own decision- All orders must have a minimum deadline of 1 week. Longer deadlines may be requested depending on order demands
- Any order deadlines set within 1 week will be charged extra- Payments are done via PayPal, USD as the main currency- Contacts are done via Twitter or Discord DMs, please be responsive to ensure quick delivery

Discord: Flame#0196- 50% upfront payment of the total price to start an order, and the other 50% final payment to receive final product- Orders with upfront payments not paid after 1 week are considered as CANCELLED- No refunds after an order has started- Products under 8MB will be directly delivered via Discord. Anything above will be delivered via Google Drive- Format of product will be in the form of:
.zip (for Blockbuster ready models)
.mp4 (for footages)- Minor adjustments can be made after product is delivered, however major adjustments / revisions require extra payment
Usage and Rights
- All commissioned products will be used as my own portfolio.- Depending on demand, a customer's commissioned product can be put on sale as long as they give their consent.- Credits must be given for ALL commissioned and bought products- Do NOT alter commissioned works, reselling the model, or claim it as your own or others work- All assets created by myself (particles, models, etc) for an animation can be reused on other animations.

Models are exported for Blockbuster (Chameleon) uses by default, unless specified
